Chris Zadie, 81/82 Group's Director of Operations & Mixology has dominated the Las Vegas Food & Beverage scene, overseeing and controlling all aspects from creation, design and daily operations in the restaurant and nightlife industry. With over 19 years of experience, Chris has developed an extensive knowledge in all facets of the business from basic service-related activities to high-level management and ownership responsibilities. His commitment to excellence has led establishments such as Portofino Ristorante and Twist by Pierre Gagnaire to achieving top-tier industry awards including Forbes four and five stars, AAA four and five diamonds, a Michelin star, Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, and the Chairman's Award for Service Excellence. Zadie has now teamed up with Las Vegas hospitality veteran, Ryan Labbe of 81/82 Group, for the opening of our La Neta Cocina Y Lounge, taking the helm of Director of Operations.
